Our Returns Policy Explained

Should items be defective, or should your order be incorrect (i.e. due to a picking error), please notify our team immediately so we can resolve this for you. In most cases we will request the item be returned to us for inspection and following this, if we are happy there is a genuine fault or error, we will send a replacement item for you. If the same item is no longer available, we will offer an alternative item or give you refund.

Please return items within 10 days from the date of delivery, with all its original packaging and labelling. Please also ensure you enclose a copy of your delivery note in the package so your return can be identified. You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the goods are faulty or we have sent the incorrect item.

Please note that any bespoke/personalised products such as swimming caps cannot be returned unless they are defective.

How do I return an item?

To return an item to us simply follow three simple steps.

  1. Fill in the returns section on your delivery note, clearly stating the reason for returning your item(s)
  2. Send the unwanted item(s) back to us within 10 day ensuring it is in its original condition to the address below
  3. Sit back and allow us to take care of the rest. Refunds will be credited back onto the card used to pay with within 10 working days. If you are exchanging then you will receive your new order typically in 3-5 working days of us receiving your request.
