When will my order arrive?

Where do you ship to?

We ship to locations all over the UK. Please see our delivery information section here for further information on pricing and estimated delivery time based on your postcode (for example certain locations in the Channel Islands and highlands may take slightly longer or cost slightly more).

If you are looking to place an order from outside of the UK don’t hesitate to get in contact with us to discuss, delivery outside of the UK can be arranged but must be done on a quote by quote basis.

 

 

What methods of payment can I use?

We accept all major Credit/Debit cards (except American Express). When you go to make a payment, you will be taken to a secure payment page hosted by Worldpay (Cardsave), fully PCCI compliant keeping all your information safe and secure.   For approved businesses, we offer a 30 day credit account allowing you to place orders by PO and pay later on account.

 

 

Can I cancel or amend my order?

Yes. So long as the item(s) hasn’t been dispatched, you can cancel or amend your order. To do so you must send an email to us requesting cancellation or amendment of your order and follow this up with a call to our customer service team. Please provide your full name/company name, order number and a reason for cancellation/amendment.  If you order has already been dispatched then you will need to await delivery and then arrange to return the item(s) to us.

 

 

How do I open a trade account?

Can you match lower prices from other shops?

Whilst we don’t guarantee we can/will match every price out there; we urge our customers to at least give us the chance to try. If you can find the same product elsewhere, in stock, for a better price please do let us know and we will try our very best to beat it and if not possible, explain why we believe you should still stick with Richfield Supplies.

 

 

Do you offer multibuy discounts?

Yes, we offer multibuy discounts on a large number of products across our range. If you are buying several of an item then in return we are often able to offer lower item prices to you. On each product’s page if there is a multibuy discounts this will be clearly displayed. 

Not every product we stock has multibuy discounts, especially those that already have rock bottom prices or where no further discounts can be obtained from the manufacturer for any typically purchased quantities. However where no multibuy option exists and you have a particularly large order then do contact us and we can see if a bespoke price can be achieved for you.
